Hello from Kelly

Welcome,
Let me tell you a bit about my story. Most of my adult career was in accounting. The frequent stressful times
I initially wanted to improve my practice with training which I did, but something else happened. It opened my
eyes to ancient way of being and a better way to live.

Training deepened my passion for yoga. I felt the need to share yoga principles and postures with all that are curious about finding strength and calmness from within. I have taught group lessons in studios, and given private lessons in students’ homes and recently started teaching Live classes online. I believe practicing yoga provides self-care for mind, body and spirit.
My deepest desire is to connect as many people as possible with the benefits of yoga in whatever form or style of yoga that speaks to you! One of my goals and principles is inclusivity, yoga classes for all bodies, to feel the benefits of better flexibility and balance, increased strength, and calm mind (stress less)…

I also am a Group fitness instructor with Certified Silver Sneakers training. This training allows me to continue with my desire to enable/empower active agers to join in activities with strength, good balance and coordination. The Classic class emphasizes increasing stamina with functional moves so you can do the activities you love with confidence.
